What will shipping cost me?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your parcel. Shipping costs are automatically updated in your shopping cart as you add items to your order but the final shipping price is only indicated once your delivery details (country) are entered.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All items are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days, once your payment has been confirmed.

  • Australia, United Kingdom and United States average delivery time: 3-7 business days
  • All other countries average delivery time: 5-15 business days 

 

If a delay occurs, we will always inform you promptly via email so that you can keep track of your order. Be assured that our customer service team will respond in a timely manner to ensure your shopping experience is as efficient as possible.

Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?

Unfortunately our carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What happens if I am not available to receive my delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery to receive your delivery, our carriers are responsible for placing a card in your letterbox advising you to call them to advise another suitable delivery time or where to go to pick up the item.

Customs and Duty Charges

International orders outside of Australia,  United States, or the United Kingdom may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Puree Food Molds cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Puree Food Molds will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
